Dapper Animals

Last year I took it upon myself to create my mom an epic gift for Christmas—a tear away calendar with 365 different photos. In my professional career I started out as a photographer, so I thought with over ten years of photos and seflies of my husband and I, I was set. Turns out there's only so many flowers, sunsets, animals, landscapes and selfies you can put in a calendar before they all start to look the same. That's when I decided to create these guys, Dapper Animals. They helped break up the photos a bit and allowed me to practice some illustration skills. Sure, they're pretty simple looking, but they're freakin' adorable.
